Call for papers

Deadline Extension Notice:

The deadline for abstract submission has been extended to 24th of October 2025. We encourage all prospective authors to take advantage of this extension and submit their work before the new deadline.

Submission Guidelines:

The submission procedure will be conducted in two stages: an initial abstract submission, followed by the submission of the full paper. Both abstracts and full papers will be subject to a double-blind peer review by an international panel of reviewers. The reviewers’ recommendations regarding the acceptance of full papers and abstracts shall be considered final. 

Abstracts are to be between 1,000 and 1,200 words  in length and may include up to four illustrations and a maximum of six references formatted in Harvard style. All figures and references must be incorporated into a single PDF document at the time of submission. In order to preserve the integrity of the double-blind review process, authors are required to remove all identifying information, including names, institutional affiliations, and any other details that may reveal authorship.

Authors whose abstracts are accepted will be invited to submit a full paper of 8 to 12 pages (minimum 8 pages, maximum 12 pages), prepared according to the EAEA formatting guidelines. Further specifications regarding the full paper submission will be available soon.

In order to submit an abstract, each author must first create an account on the submission platform. Authors are therefore strongly advised to register well in advance and complete account creation as early as possible.

Submission can then be completed by following the steps provided in the submission panel. [help]

Call for papers: 5th of September 2025 

Abstract due: 10th of October 2025

Abstract due: 24th of October 2025 (extended deadline)

Abstract acceptance notification: 5th of December 2025

Full Papers due: 30th of January 2026 

Full paper acceptance notification: Mid March 2026

Final paper due: Early April 2026
