Additional Information:

All authors with accepted papers are required to register in order to present their work and secure its publication. In case of multiple authors, only one can present, other authors can register as non presenting atendees. 

A printed version of the conference proceedings is included in the registration fee except for non presenting attendees.

Registration fees cover access to all scientific sessions, coffee breaks, and lunches throughout the conference. An optional Gala Dinner is offered and includes a special cultural program featuring two heritage visits, a welcome drink in the city, and a formal dinner at La Royale Belge.

• Regular registration (until late June): €370

• Student early registration (late April): €220

• Student regular registration  (until late June): €270

• Non-presenting attendee: €100

• Gala Dinner and tour (optional): €100

Registration will open shortly. All prospective participants will receive an email notification as soon as the registration portal is available.

The printed conference proceedings are included in the registration fee.
Please note that registration fees do not include accommodation. Participants are encouraged to arrange their lodging in Brussels independently.
